The bandanas are made of pre shrunk cotton or poly/cotton and are completely machine washable. They come in 5 main sizes check the breed charts to best match our size to the breed, however, speciality sizes can be custom made to fit any dog from a 2 lbs dog to a 200 lbs dog. If you have a special size order just measure your dogs neck and add 1 inch and specify the request in the order notes.
How To Order The Correct Size
After 12 years selling my Personalized Dog Bandana, and running a successful dog grooming shop, I can fit dogs that weight 2lbs. to 165lbs. I size my bandanas two ways by breeds, and weight. I like the bandana to be a little loose, it is not a collar, and we want the dog to feel comfortable. I have a 98% accurate rate in sizing dogs in the past 12 years. (No, LOL I’m not perfect) First question is how much (approximately) does the dog weigh? Second question to ask is what kind of breed your dog is? Let’s remember we are not sizing the girth of the dog , but it’s neck size. My sizes are for the dogs neck size
- Xsmall :11 inches to 14 inches— fits dogs that weigh 9 lbs to 19 lbs
- Small :14 inches to 17 inches—-fits dogs that weigh 20 lbs to 32 lbs
- Med : 17 inches to 20 inches—– fits dogs that weigh 33 lbs to 55 lbs
- Large : 20 inches to 23 inches—–fits dogs that weigh 56 lbs to 80 lbs
- X Large : 23inches to 28inches—– fits dogs that weigh 80 lbs to 135 lbs
